Return Period

You may return eligible products within 30 days of the original purchase date. The return period begins on the date you receive the item. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return, products must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Products must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be included and undamaged
  • All accessories, manuals, and documentation must be included
  • Items must not show signs of wear, damage, or installation

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or may charge a restocking fee for items returned in less than optimal condition.

Cost of Return Shipping

If you are returning an item due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.), we will cover the cost of return shipping. For returns initiated by the customer for reasons other than our error, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us using our contact form or email to request a return authorization
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for return authorization and instructions
  4. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt
  6. Ship the item to the address provided in your return authorization

Returns without prior authorization may be delayed or refused. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return request.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Items that have been installed or used
  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Items without original packaging or accessories
  • Products purchased more than 30 days ago
  • Clearance or final sale items (unless defective)
  • Digital products or downloadable content

General Legal Requirements

This Return Policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws. In states where additional rights are provided by law, those rights are in addition to the terms of this policy. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

For products purchased online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods under applicable distance selling regulations, subject to certain conditions.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before it ships at no charge. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be returned according to our Return Policy.

To cancel an order, please contact us immediately using the contact information provided below. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee cancellation, and you will need to initiate a return upon receipt of the item.

Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of order placement for the best chance of preventing shipment. Cancellation of custom orders may not be possible once production has begun.

Refund Procedure

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10-14 business days.

The refund amount will include the original purchase price of the item, minus any applicable restocking fees or charges for missing accessories or packaging damage. Shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to process and post the refund to your account. We are not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or financial institutions.

If you have not received your refund within 14 business days after we have processed it, please contact your financial institution first, then contact us if the issue persists.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or model, please return the original item following our Return Policy and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including covering return shipping.
